Yes. We have used Babbits a few times and never had any problems. They seem to be a little cheaper than Bike bandit.

I don't have much patience and when i order something I'd like to get it asap with no bull. I would hate it if they wait 5-7 days and say it is on back order.

BABBITS SUCKS!!!!!!!!!!! I'm not kidding. I use Bikebandit and for some godforsaken reason I decided one day to order form Babbits. I ordered about 5-7 parts, 1 of which being of the utmost importance. They never sent me any conformation e-mails, nothing saying anything was discontinued. I sent them numerous e-mails with no responses AT ALL. My package finally shows up ( like a month later). It took forever and after all that, the most important part I needed was discontiued and they never even told me.

Trust me, use bikebandit or something similar. If something is discontinued they will tell you. They tell you when they ship your order out. They give you a heads up on every move they make, and your stuff gets there fast.

I will never, NEVER buy from Babbits again. I cannot stress enough how much they suck.

i ordered some parts from babbits and was satisfied, but one time i wanted to change an order 5 min after it was completed i forgot some parts and made another order imediately after, and i wanted to combine items so i wouldnt have to pay double shipping, and they wouldn't allow it, which is completely absurd

Your best bet with any of these online parts places is to email them before you place your order just to make sure that they actually have what you want. Some places you can call also. I've had just as many problems with bikebandit as the rest of them. If you can get it through Dennis Kirk they have the best service imo.

Dennis Kirk has been good with me also, but not very inexpensive. The thing is, I find that emails get IGNORED! Best bet is to call them and have them check on an item, but even then you are just sitting there waiting for them to call you back. Customer service seems to be a thing of the past!

For OEM stuff -

Service Honda seems to treat me very well, they do have the cheapest prices I can find (after Western Honda increased there pricing) and they email me the day after my online order to tell me what is discontinued. They all go through American Honda anyhow... My local dealer (B-Courts) is honestly at least DOUBLE what I pay online. They make me so sick I don't even want to buy a spark plug from them!!

I also like Chaplin for Kawasaki stuff and Deepa seems to have had good luck with MrCycles. I guess there minimum shipping cost kind of stinks though.....

For aftermarket stuff I really like Thumpertalk. They beat most other prices by at least 25%. But, they get there stuff from different warehouses and vendors all over and don't ship until it all comes in. This became a problem with the 20 day 200X build and then when it came in there was a problem with the Barnett clutch kit. But, they expressed shipped the steel plates and all was well. The cost savings were well worth the wait to me!!

Allot has to do with how soon you need something. And I try not to waste time emailing them, they get hundreds of emails a day so what the hell do I matter? I always ask the salespersons name and call there direct and get the story that way.

As far as the lowest price cheapcycleparts.com has been the best I've ever found for kawasaki parts.
