More of YTM rebuild

So today i painted the plastics and finshed putting in my rear bearings. im going to put rear hubs off a blaster on next and different rims n tires. I found a procircut
pipe that looks like it going to fit also. heres some pics of the painting....

What did you have to do to paint your plastics? What kind of paint?

thats sweet i loved restoring my yt 125 tri motos are alot of fun

Im using Krylon plastics paint. Its works great, spray it on on use some clear coat over your finaly paint to seal it up good comes out perfect

thats what i use on my yt, the only problem i have with it is where your boots rub on the plastic it rubs off and if u spill gas on it it comes rght off

Oh that sucks, you think the clear coat with help at all i put it on there pretty thick. I mean its gunna get all scratched up anyway from the trails.

the exhaust on my trike is welded on so just looking for the muffler pipe and like a foot of pipe on it
