Well trying to get this old girl so she is reliable for hunting season, The problem is that Im getting fouled plugs after about 10-15 min of riding. I take out the plugs and they are fully carboned down on the bottom. I read somewhere this is an indication of it getting to much oil and there may be a seal gone bad. Anybody know what I should be lookin for, and how easy of a fix would this be? Carb is all set to factory defaults, any help would be great.

Thanks!

do the bike smoke, if so she burning oil, needs rings or valves seals.

also drop the needel down a notch by moving up the needel.

also check your float height.

clean your air filter.

try running with your air filter of for a lil bit and c if the plug changes.

also try new plugs, dr8es i think

Yeah, the bike doesnt smoke at all. I will try the needle drop and air filter removal (new filter). I ve gone through about 7 new plugs, it carbons up to the point where there is no spark.

200s is known for the needle and seat to wear. Drop the needle buy moving the clip up one notch on the needle as previously stated. You should replace it of course but that is a quick fix.
