View Full Version : TRX200sx Motor fitment

Have an old trx200sx. Needs a top end so I pulled it out of the quad and tried fittign it in a atc chassis while it was out. back motormounts will line up. Front wont, and the headpipe is in the way due to the angle of the motor being more prone to fit in the ATV chassis.

What chassis? That motor has e-start no? I'd be interested to see if it would fit into the 86/7 200x chassis.

I was thinking about putting my ATC 185 motor into and old TRX if I could find one.

200s chassis. The jug occupies the same space as the front downtube.

Someone (Craigster I think) tried that and it wasn't as strait forward as it looks, I would do a seach before you get to far into it.
