Three Wheeler Information!

I have decided for a college public speaking class that I am going to inform my fellow classmates on the banning of ATCs. I understand that there is a thin line between how they can be produced etc. ( for instance a company can sell it in pieces, but not a whole bike). So can someone provide me with Honda press releases or any documented references that explain the whole controversial ordeal?

I've owned a 110 for a long time, and know basic three wheeler information. If I could get a press release or article from a ATC magazine, that would be key.
