Does anyone know if a front fender from an '84 200e will fit on an '83 200e?

The 84 is an ES shaft drive, the 83 is an E chain drive, yes the front fender, and 80% of the other parts are identicle.

While we're on the subject, I've got an 83 200E that could use some lovin' in the form of new rear plastics. Maier only has rear plastics for the 250ES. Would they work on my trike or should I go back to Plan A of trying to get all the stupid spray paint off?

I just went on bikebandit and compared some of the part #'s. Some are different, but that doesn't mean they wouldn't fit.

The rear fenders on a 200e are differen't than the 250es. I've seen 200e fenders on ebay quite a few times for pretty cheap. Spray paint is pretty easy to get off plastic. Just get some form of vandalism remover from the hardware store, spray, let sit for a minute, and wipe with a towel, or rag. I removed some from my fenders, and they came out real nice. Did'nt harm the plastic at all.
