So my cousin wanted an ATV and i convinced him a trike had the best bang to buck ratio, he picked up a 200e for $300. Its got a cobra pipe and it runs nice, but if you let it idle down, it quits so Im thinking carb rebuild. Can som1 hook me up with a carb diagram *Edited**Edited* i pull her open? its so diff from my CB400 and 250sx and i dont like gas engines in the first place, let alone carburated ones.

Did you tried to adjust the idle speed???
Here a page from the service manual to help you adjust the idle speed.

actually no, i was gonna, and i was looking at idle screw going that must be it, but i cant imagine how that would control idle.. so i figured id ask for a diagram verify location of idle screw and avoid looking like a noob, but its too late for that now lol. thanx for the diagram im gonna go warm that puppy up and see wat we can do.

The throttle stop screw act on the throttle valve. If you tighten the stop screw it will push the throttle valve up and the RPM will go up. Just be sure that the trike will still idle when in gear. If not, the idle speed is set too high.
Here an other view of the carb.

Haha i know all bout idling too high, my SX carb had a BFed choke and it idled so high (even with idle screw out all the way) when u put it in gear it would wheelie and take off. Its fixed now tho, and so is the 200e, thanx for *Edited**Edited* help!

take the three screws out of it theres only 2 jets they'll be visible and the floats to just remove the bowl it's easy theres a pin that holds the floats just take a small nail or something and push it out when you pick up the float the needle valve should be hanging from it thats all there is to rebuilding it
