Can't find a 86 250r carb kit? Help

Is it just me? I know my carb is stock, but I can't find a kit anywhere on-line:(

Just so you know, no I have not been to the dealership:rolleyes:
Just wondering if any body knows if the TRX 86 250r and the ATC have the same carb.?:idea:

That one may work compare your bowl shape and brand of carb. Hope that helps!

Thanks Bro! I did see that one, but when you read further into it, it says it is for a 250 ES/SX. Just did not want to take the chance, I have not tore into it yet, so I do not know what the parts should look like.

You can buy the original Keihin parts from Funk Motorsports for fairly cheap. Much better stuff than the generic carb kits. Your carb is a Keihin PJ34mm.

You can also use the Moose carb rebuild kit for the 86-87 TRX250R, however you cannot use the pilot or main jet in the kit as they are different than the atc one..everything else is the same. Part No. 17-1354 $13.95 at Denniskirk.com
