A guy at work, he's brother is selling he's 1984 atc 200x. He put it on craigslist's asking for $900 (And got no replys), but he really wants to sell it, well he knows i like 3 wheelers so he said he would sell it to me for $500. He rebuilt the engine, it has newish tires, It looks like *Edited**Edited**Edited**Edited*, but from what i hear it runs really good. I just emailed him for some more info I dont think its a $500 trike... i would say aroud $300 but tell me what you think.

I've got one in Wisconsin Rapids that is a lot more complete than this bike. Starts on the 2nd kick! If you're looking for a rider, mine looks a lot more presentable than this!! asking $425. I posted a couple of pics about 2 weeks ago.

I bought one in nicer shape than that 3 weeks ago for $300.

I already got new fenders for it and the cylinder is at the machine getting bored and honed right now.

From the swingarm it's an 83. I'd go as low as possible. Gonna have some coin wrapped up in new plastics. I got my 84 for free a few months back.

the _ONLY_ way it's worth more than the $300 others are saying is if he can verify the date and scope of the rebuild with documentation. I'd also want to do a compression check and an oil change to see how "fresh" the motor really is. From the looks of it, that top end hasn't been off in a while. It's kind of hard to tell by the pics, but that's how it looks to me.

Just one guy's $.02

Well i just got an email from him

"it was rebuilt last winter but I bought a bike and didn't ride it vary much. It runs and drives great. There is a small oil leak in front of the front sprocket my chain fell off when I was riding and it cracked the flywheel cover I had it welded but the o ring needs to be thicker because the weld isn't perfect so it has a slow leak. It also needs front brake pads"

Even up here in "unreal expensive trike land" AKA Canada, that thing is not worth more than $300, maybe $400 if he did a lot of work to the engine. He didn't have a chance at $900 that's for sure! :D I'd hear what it runs like first off too.
