just another qestion diff grades of gas

just woundering i just runs normal gas in my machine don't quote me i think its 83 octane. if i was to run a higher grade gas like plus or supreme would u notice a big difference or it really not worth the extra few cents per litre? by the way its a honda 200es. i'm not looking for a high speed machine either just to trow it out because prop some people will look up and say u can't get much from my machine. i know and don't need it. just had to make that point. thanks in adavance.

I always run 93 octane in my trikes and motorcycle. Small engines like the high octane. You probly won't notice the difference in horsepower, but it might run a little better. If it's only 3 gallons what are you gonna save by using regular? 30 cents?

I just run 87, once i do the rebuild it will be all 93 though.

Stock compression is so low that 87 works fine. I run 91 on hot days though (my trike is not stock compression @ 10:1). After all, these are air cooled and it's not worth cylinder damage to save a few cents.

the guy i bought my 200x from ran 110 in it , it has a 12-1 piston in it though. the only thing is i only know one place that sells cam 2:rolleyes:
