do a search here and you should find a few. search for atc 90 and that should bring something up. the frames are not stamped steel like the stock 1's. the 1 i have is made from steel tubing. some are also stretched at least a few inches.

The one I have is all steel tube and +3 over stock length. They also came with a cool chain tensioner. Here's a link to some pics.

The joker/bandito frames were probably one of the more popular frames and the one people will run across the most. I've had 4 or 5 that have passed through my hands at one time or another. They seem to come around in spurts. The frames I saw on ebay if I remember right were missing front engine mounts. Those frames will either take the 90 or 110 engine, you just have to make sure you have the correct head mount for whichever set of front engine mounts you have. Sometimes you have to source out longer brake cables which is a pain, I myself just usually use the rear brake pedal and leave off the hand brake for the rear brake system. You can use another rear brake pedal to eliminate the need for the front brake cable. You have to use the late atc90 early atc110 rear axle carrier and brake parts on all those aftermarket frames. Those frames will accept pretty much any year fenders and tank. I even had 1985 atc110 tank and fenders mounted on one of those frames. If there is stretch in the frame it is between the front fuel tank mounts and the neck. Basically and honda atc90/110 front end will work or a set of forks from a 185s or 200s will bolt right on so you can at least have front suspension and a front brake set up if you want. The aftermarket frames have been a little scarce lately, so the prices have been a little higher, but the frames seem more common on the west coast than the east coast since that's where most of them were made. If you get one have fun. If you have any pictures of a frame you are thinking of buying, post them on here and there are a couple people like me on here that can let you know if the frame has any issues or is missing any parts. The frames can be made from either mild steel or chromoly. Chromoly being lighter and stronger than steel and more expensive. There were many different makers of these aftermarket frames at one time and even a couple places sold the same frame, just under different names. The aftermarket frames will definitely take more abuse than the stamped steel frames. Good luck on your hunt for a frame.
