In this pic I have circled a dowel position in the head...

I found a broke off bolt in this hole and drilled it out. ( I found if AFTER I had the head work done! )

Anyways, I need to know if oil really flows through that particular dowel or if its just used to align the top piece/rocker head onto the head itself... the one in the back of the engine is used if I remember right...

I have 2 old heads that are destroyed but that bolt hole was fine... so I put 125 psi of air pressure into that hole and it went NOWHERE....I thought it went UP then, but after looking at it thats not the case either... I just want to make sure im right...

Is there an oil path "map" of the 86 200x?

so what's the verdict? did that snapped off bolt make any difference? or was it just to align the head?

Im still pretty sure its just to align the head...

Im not getting oil to the top end but it has nothing to to with that particular bolt... I believe it s the pump.
