I let it out all the old brake fluid, i put new DOT 3 fluid in the resevoir, let it down to the galiper, fill up the resevoir and bleed for let it out the air....

everything work well...but no pressure in the line. The lever is smooth...what's the matter? someone can help me with this?

My 84 200x did the same thing the other day, I replaced the master cylinder and it sounded like it was working and I could get it to pump fluid with no brake line on it but once I put it on the machine it stopped working. I guess it just still had air in the line, because after a few hours of trying 20 different ways of bleeding it, I finally got fluid to the end of the line and got it bled. I dont know why it took so long to get to the end of the line but my brakes work fine now.

thats why you bench bleed master cylinders.. before you install them or the lines.. makes it easier

get a vacumm bleeder and suck that fluid thru, you can also do this with a long hose and your mouth, be carful not to get any in your mouth, it tastes yuykky!!!
