View Full Version : Rear Shock Nitrogen charging?

I`m a machinist

and the vertical Haas CNC mill centers we use have a Nitrogen charged buffer for the spindle head

recently we recharged those buffers and there is still a half a tank on Nitrogen left in the tool crib...I have all the fittings and lines, and lo and behold...the fitting also fits the nipple on the resevoir on my 200x

has anyone recharged these and how much pressure am I looking for when full?

I am assuming that the gas resevoir has to be completely purged first, of course

so if there is anyone here who can tell me how to do one?... please help

I`m on a tight budget and would like to recharge both rear shocks on my boys` 200x`s while we are rebuilding them without spending any more $$$ that I don`t have

Thanks
