Is hondaline gear oil suppose to look green when you drain it? This is my first time using it and i remember it being red lol...

hipoid gear can be green.

i know soem of the gear oil i run in my equipment is slightly grennish in colot

Hp gearoil is red, when i drained it it was greenish blueish.. Just wondering if anybody else who runs hp has seen this.. I use 80 85w..

It turns color when it's time to change, Just Means it OLD ....

If it turns out to be Redline oil, I run that in my Raptor and it is blueish-green.

this is normal. The red usaully last 10 - 15 hours of ride time and then the dye breaks down. It doesnt mean the oil is bad or needs to be changed. the oil breaks down wayyyyy slower than the red dye. Arctic Cat motor oil is the same way. when you put it is its green. After thirty minutes of run time it will turn to the goldish oil color.
