new piston rings. does it matter which side faces up?

Rebuilding my 110. I bought new piston and rings from dr. atv. the new rings dont have any markings what so ever like the old oem rings. does it really matter? i mean if it did i would think they would've marked them.:crazy:

Usually they are marked. I guess sice there are no markings there is nothing you can do.
