Hi again folks- i have a chance to look at a couple of 125's, the first one the ad says 1984 125 and the other says '84 125M, is there a difference?

Can anyone tell me a little about these trikes? I won't get to look at them until later in the week and neither ad included photos. The first one says the clutch slips a little, but both run good, and are a steal!

I'm about 6' tall and weigh about 240- are these trikes too small for me?

'84 will both be 125m. They are electric and pull start with auto clutch and chain drive with the high/low subtransmission that gives you 8 forward gears.

They are the same size as 110's just a bit bigger motor and electric start. The 110 fits me fine (5'10 220lbs) and hauls my ass around at a good clip. I think the 125 went to a vertical engine in 86? They are nice little bikes. I would love to get one to restore, especially now-a-days when even the little Chinese 50's even have electric start on them!!

Would anyone possibly have a pic of a 125 next to another trike for comparison?

It doesn't seem much smaller than my 185s.

It will be the same size as the 110, did you sit on mine the other day? It will haul ya around alright, no speed demon, but great for trails and joy rides. Light and quiet, easy to load and move around.

Here's some side-by-side pics for comparisons.

Thanks, Travis! Anyone know what are the size limits on tires for this trike?

You mean tire height? or rider weight?

For tire height, it should have 22"s on it, if you went any taller with tires, they might rub the fenders, and in high range it would not pull you around very well.

Thats quite a nice collection youve got. Apart from the 70 which is missing the tank decal they all look pretty much brand new.

Thanks.

It's got a plastic tank on it.
