200x Rear shock

Just got myself an '85 200x, its a mint roller, but when i put weight on the rear shock, it seems a little slow returning, anyone come across this before? and is it faily easy to sort out?

i thought they had a rebound ajuster knob down near the bottom of the shock....black knob.

try turning that
