The manual for 1986-87 200x calls for 10w fork oil and 7.3 to 7.5 oz. for the 86 forks and 7.6 to 7.8 oz. for the 87's. I am 6'4"/210 and run 15w in my 86 200x forks. Seems to be about right. Yes, I know I am big for the 200x, that is why I just got a 350x. Anyone want to buy a 1986 200x?? :-D

whoops ! i mis-read the fork swap part,,,,,

83-85 200x forks call for 6.98-7.15 oz of oil (dextron tranny fluid or 10wt. fork oil).

There are 2 different 1986 350Xs in the Indiana Auto & RV this week, and also a nice '86 X in Markle Indiana, right along the road. The one guy is asking $2,975.00 obo! Must be awful nice.

the boss was out of town today so a couple of my co-workers and i had a early lunch. the restraunt we choose normly has the "b" section in wensday mornings. NOT today. one co-worker even said to the waitress where the $%@$! are the auto-traders (?),,, that is the reason we come here !
a wee bit over priced in there but still fun to read about,,,
