350x questions

will an 86 350x swing arm fit an 85 correctly was looking at a whole rear assembly but its for an 86 trying to make sure it will fit befor i buy

The rear brake setup is diffrent, Just the swinger wont swap, but if you take the rear setup with it, it will work.

NO.... Carrier diff, axle the same. The carrier is different to how you tighten the chain. If you change to a 86 carrier, you need to change the rear sprocket to the countersunk style and change the bolts too. The axle itself is the same. If you are going to change just the year of the swingarm, you only have to match the year swingarm with the same year rear brake calipar bracket.
