What brand is this headlight guard. It dosent look like Hondaline. Is it some aftermarket one??

I have three of those exact same headlight guards. Two for the early 250r's and one on my 1983 200x. The one has a sticker on it, and it says, "manufactured by Accesories Plus Inc. Escondido, California". Then there is a zip code and a phone number.

thanks dirtface. thats what i needed. are these pretty rare or just everyday run of the mill guards?

I have bought all three of mine off of Ebay. I have seen a few of them over the years, I don't think they are "rare", Just not as many of them as the others out there. I have other headlight guards, but for some reason these are my favorite when it comes to looks.

Also, take an SOS pad or a Brillo pad to that one of yours, It cleans them up pretty decent.

I agree. As far as headlight guards go it does look good.

Yeah i think it looks better than the hondalines. It matches the curves better. How do i take that thing off? looks like i have to take forks apart to get it off.
