When I'm riding and I slow down a little I can hear my chain making a "grinding" or "wow wow" noise :).
and when I turn it off and push it myself, it grids really good? Do I have the chain too tight? I lubed that sucker pretty good so.
Thanks,
Justin

Do you have a chain tensioner on it? My 185's still have the chain covers over them so I can't see inside to see how they work.

yep, I had to heat up the little ear that the tensioner bolt goes through because to straighten it out because the previous owner bent the s**t up.
and I bought a new tensioner. I guess I'll loosen it up a little and see if that helps any.
Thanks,
Justin

I got both these 200s trikes from a friend for 150 bucks, I just wannu get them running good, don't really care if it is super precise or not, a little spitter and spatter is ok with me, long as I can ride with out stalling out :).

Thanks for all the help, but my trike doesn't have a chain cover on it, It's probably too tight, ill just loosen it a bit today and see if that helps :).

I know your problem - you need new chain and sprockets. What you are describing is exactly what a worn out chain set sounds like.
