my float pin is bent, and I don't want to spend 50 bucks on a whole new float set, I'm going to tap on it with a hammer wrapped in cloth to try and get it straight as possible.

But are there any carburetor safe lubricants for inner parts such as the float pin?

Thanks

Justin

Will a pin from a 185s or 200 work for you? If so I have one you can have from my parts carb.

I'm not really sure, but it couldn't hurt to try :)

If it is the pin that holds the float to the carb body then yes, they will interchange.

Do not use any lubricant in the carb. You don't want to plug up any jets. The gas will work as a lubricant as well.
