how much difference is there between the 200es and the 250.(besides 50cc) i have a 200es will a 250 motor fit are the parts universal? are the frames the same?i guess what i am asking is the only difference the motor?

No, they are completely different machines.

Well those machines as stated are like comparing apples with oranges. The shift pattern with the 250 is the normal shift, the low gear ratio is built in, its a much bigger machine, and there are tons of added features, that I wont get into.

Also - the 200ES has a rear center output shaft - the 250ES has a rear side output shaft that feeds the final drive gearbox.
