82 ATC200 weak spark.

i put my ATC200 away for the winter (ran fine in the fall) and now it wont run, i cleaned out the carb and checked the spark, the spark seems to be weak.
it hardly jumps the gap and its yello and not blue. what should i check? how many volts should i have (from the coils etc.)

Clean the connections and grounds real good. Make sure everythings tight.
