Eventually got the 225DRS finished, Firstly I'd like to say thanks to you guys for giving me advice on where to get the parts I needed as Yamaha dealers in Ireland couldn't supply any parts for it.
We have this bike from new in 1989 and has been used steady during that period, decided to give it an overhaul whenever the front wheel bearing went, and it went all a bit crazy from that point but I am happy with the finished result.
The plate at the front and rear are the registration plates for it as it is registered for road use as well, I had to remove the tail light in the centre for the plate and add two small tail lights on the rear fender instead.
What do you all think?
I'll post up some pics of it from back in the day.
Parts replaced:
Front and Rear wheel bearings, Diff Bearings, Front Hub assembly, new muffler, OEM Front Fender and OEM handlebars, OEM grips, and other misc items such as new O-rings, Oil plugs, etc.

I have it registered as a farm vehicle as that is what I use it for, it only needed, reg plates, lights. Signals were not a factor as hand signals are acceptable. I also have a 05 honda 500 foreman registered the same way, but the 225DRS has to be first choice whenever possible (ie, no heavy towing).
Just to add, its alot faster than the honda 500 in the striaght, not bad for an '86 225 versus a '05 500

I'll post up some old pictures of it tommorow when I figure out how to work this scanner, but to be honest you wouldn't know the difference as we have kept it in good condition over the years.
Being able to ride this machine was the main reason why I put all the mechanical parts in it, the look of the machine hasn't changed since we got it as it was never thrashed, the only reason why I got a new front fender was because of a very small crack in the old one and I seen a new OEM one for sale on BikeBandit.com so got it.
Thanks for all the comments guys.
