I have a Honda 200es.It will not charge the battery.The voltage at the battery leads with the trike running is only 10.5 volts.The accessory plug voltage is only 10.5 volts.My conclusion is that the whole electrical system is at that voltage.What could be the problem? Would this be a faulty voltage regulator or is this a problem with the alternator? The battery is new.
