it has to be the vacuum line to the fuel pump, take a closer look.

The vac line for the gas is on the other side of the engine I'm talking about the pipe side.

that hose should be running to the radiator, next to the cap.... I'll take a look at where that port goes.....BRB

that port is just a crankcase vent. Hose routes up to the rear of the airbox area.

That overflow wont work very well with a hole at the bottom of it...

the overflow tank hose routes around the rear of the right side of the airbox to the nipple next to the radiator cap, I would change the oil for sure.

it runs to the top of the radiator, just like the one in your car

ok so my oil looked like milk and the water looked like it had oil in it so hopefully that is way, wrong lines hooked up. The guy said he had just rebuilt it and I've only have had it for a week, man i will be P.O.ed if the head is blown or some stuff like that.
I ran that line from the case to a bolt near the air box hopefully that will work and i got rid of the overflow.

Drain it, then flush it out with gas. Get the manual and correctlly attach the lines and then put the right training fluid that is meant for 2 strokes.. does it still have compression? water can also go through the water pump seal because either the seal is bad or the impeller is bad.
