Well, I took "Louise" (My 85 ATC200s...) out for a pretty long ride today, a little over 2 hours in 90 degree weather. She performed beautifully, and kept her guts the whole time. Did some nice dirt road riding, and down into our local sand-pits. Rode her around in a bumpy field, and realized that I should probably stand up if its getting bumpy. My butt still hurts! LOL. Anyway, tearing her apart and giving her some attention has really paid off. We are restoring a 1982 CB650SC Nighthawk (Thelma) so we haven't been giving the ATC much attention, but even after sitting for 3 days, and acting as a tool bench for the bike....she started on the first pull. I'm really enjoying the three wheeler world. I've owned quads before, and the god honest truth is that my four wheeler wouldn't have made it through the field or the sand-pit, I tried to get another ATC200S (85) from a guy on craigslist, but he wanted $750 for it, and it was in the same shape as mine, which was $450. Couldn't talk him down. I think I am going to look for a big red, and do a complete restore on the 200S, riding the big red. Then vice-versa. I will be using one of them in the winter to plow snow out of the driveway....and I have already started manufacturing the plow to fit on the pegs and over the front wheel. Pictures are coming.
