I recently got a honda 200x. It needed the magneto installed. I installed it.There were only 2 open plugs for the wires yello and balck. The yellow ones match but the black ones have different color lines. Are the wires supposed to go there? I tried putting a little gas in the plug hole to see if it would fire but it didn't. Any ideas why? It has compression and obviously gas. Its a brand new magneto so it should work.Help please, i wanna ride.:TrikesOwn

Did you look at the wiring diagram on the main site ... http://www.files.3wheelerworld.com/Wiring/ATC200Xx83Thru85.jpg
You tried to start it but did you check for spark first?

when checking for spark the spark plug needs to be in the wire and the other end needs to be grounded (touching the head)

could be a bad coil bad cdi, wiring issue, check the connections at the coil. make sure the ground is clean....
If you get stuck, maybe we can hook up sometime, i've been through 3 200x's in the last few months and might not be too far from you either..

I went through and cleaned all the connection but not the ground. I will clean that tommorow. Has brand new magneto on it. Is there a way to test the electrical parts?

Check for the spark in a darker space. Maybe a shadow, or even in a garage.
