cant figure out wuts wrong wit 1982 250r

Well i started driving it and the fuel line fell of so we got a new one and put it on and there is little bit of fuel going in the fuel line but theres not enough to start it so if anyone can help me out with this problem plzzz respond back to this thank u. Maybe there is something stuck in the carbuerator or something i have no clue though but plzz if u have any idea wut could be wrong wit it plzz message me back!

If you don't have any or very much fuel going through the fuel hose than you have something plugging the petcock in the tank. Clean out the tank, you should have a full stream of gas coming out the fuel hose.

One more think do i use any kind of special stuff to clean out the gas tank

Just flush it out real good with gas. While you're at it don't forget to check the muffler bearings and the defibulator. Anytime you have gas problems it's always good to check those.
