Hello...
New to the board or at least I never posted here before.
I have a KLT250 Kaw which I dearly love. I freshened the top end a few years ago and have maintained it with oil changes and reg parts, even replaced the chain tensioner last year.
Now is time for rear axle bearings. Usually not a big deal except, as some of you may not realize, the rear axle has a selectable locking hub like a 4x4 front. You have to stop, turn the hub, and then have the rear locked or unlocked. Pretty cool feature until you have to pull the axle apart.
My question is what kinda hell is this going to turn out to be? Ive never done my own jeep or truck axles let alone a 3 wheeler. Your direction or some pdf manuals on this would be appreciated...
