Cam question

So this is my first post. I have an '83 185s that i am rebuilding. I was wondering will an '84 185s cam fit my bike? Thanks in advance guys.

yes it will. so will any of the 200 (200, 200m, 200e, 200s and so on) cams as long as they are from a honda of course..

yep like 84honda200s said, any of the 185 and 200 cams will fit. a 200x (83-85) and xr200 cam should also fit. if i remember correctly, a 200x cam is a performance cam, and a xr200 cam is an even higher performance cam.

you sir ar correct. the 200x cam is a low-mild upgrade and the xr cam is a pretty daynm upgrade.

Sorry to but in on an old thread but i have a question thats been on my mind. Is there a way to give a 350x a more radical idle. Muscle cars with big cams have a noticable romp to them, can this be done to a 350x or to my 250sx?

Several cams make big cams for the 350x. Web is what i use. i got a special one for the 350x, and it sounds just like your talking.
