I just bought a Sasquatch 340. I like the bike because no one else has one and it does run like a dream. The only problem is that it has no shocks and is belt driven. Anybody interested in these old bikes at all? How much would it be worth? Thank you.

If you are talking about mine, yes. She got tthe électric start, auto transmission, twist trotle, but no suspension at alls.
The engin is a kawasaki 340, industriel, 9HP.
I took it out for the fun of it, playing in the snow no problem at alls. The are so simple and with that engin, it look unbreakable.
I am taking care of it, because they are rare.

Dude, that is totally cool. It looks to be in great shape. I know nothing about these trikes, but I am interested in all rare trikes. It's a part of history.

Belt from the owner manuel:
The belt is especially designed fot the transmission and only original replacement belts will work. The belt never stretches and never needs adjusting.
On my spare belt:
SALGEURY KEVLAR ARAMID REINFORCEMENT 704142 4:T:2:10

Spark Plug (from onner manuel) NGK B6HS or equivalent (.025 gap)

the spark plug number is good. I cant find anything on the belt numbers. If you could give me the width and the outside diameter, I can probably find one close. Im quessing the inside is ribbed. thanks

The Sasquatch was made in Cascade, Iowa. I live about 50 miles from there. I just put an ad in the local shopper paper in that county for any parts for the Sasquatch 340. If i have any luck, Ill let you know. Im looking for a seat and luggage rack myself.

If anyone is interested: I have a 340 Granger that I would be interested in selling. I got over $120 in it not counting gas / time to go get it ( drove to NY ). If some one wants it I would sell it for $100 ( obo ) just to get it gone. It needs a few parts and put together. It's mostly together but the rear end is out ( I got a replacement one ), a key, seat recovered, maybe some other parts.
I never heard or had it running. I'm only selling it because I am forced to get rid of a lot of stuff I have because of a situation I am in. FYI, I wouldn't be selling it if I was single.

I have the Granger 340 sister to Sasquatch. I beleive they have the same engine. Kawasaki kf82d-x. I found some parts available through LVS golf carts in florida. The kf was used in Club Car golf carts. I am still trying to find a new belt if anyone knows of a replacement please post.

the seat is pretty ripped up.
and the the luggage rack is rusted but you could probably fix it up.
