So, i decided to put it some two stage Reeds, and extend the axle a bit... Ended up getting quite a bit of kit today.
With My Mods (Everything listed below plus Pipe/Silencer) and the 39MM .. Can anyone recommend some baseline jet settings? Right now i have a .200 main jet in there.
So far
.20 Over Wiseco Pro-Lite
Water Temp Guage
Hour Meter
Boysen Dual Stage Reeds
39MM PWK Keihin Carb
Pro-Design Cool Head (18cc Dome)
O'neil Shorty Boots
AMS Sand Snake Paddle Tires on Alum. Rims (.160)
Shoei R-1000 Helmet (For My new CBR1000RR I take delivery on wednesday :) )
Also, upon inspection of the engine, i found something Very interesting... Ok, So the Piston Was cracked almost completely in half. A little bit of pressure by hand and it snapped in half! Yes, the photo at the bottom is the Piston... IN HALF!
I was running it hard yesterday too.
