Just wondering if anyone knows a place to send a bent axle for repair.

You should be able to find a local machine shop.

If your not broke and you have the space, go buy yourself a 10 ton press and a set of ENCO V-Blocks. I can fix axles, forks and press anything apart or together. Best 200$ I ever spent :beer:

yup...a shop press will pay for it's self
only thing id say is go for the 20 ton......lol

10-4 on the press. The bigger the better. It will be more for out of pocket.... but the number of items you can use it on just goes up.

Nice! Might have to pick one up. So bendind them back, does it make them softer? And what about heat? I was told if you use heat it takes the temper out of the steel.

i would just press it cold...just remeber it will flex back some so you need to go a little extra
