350x "a blast from the past" Build

[AJZ_200X]

I picked up this 86' X a couple of months ago. I only rode it twice, then started to tear it down into a pile of parts. Im not going to give away my plans for this beast, but i will definitely keep you members updated on pics as the build goes on. All White will look sick.

Question on the white, does the clark tank match the maier fenders? I have a white 3 gal tank coming tomorrow and I'm curious if one or the other will stick out

they are close to matching. The plastics have more of a shine to them, and the tank is more flat white. Overall, they go together good without much diff.

Hit the Clarke with some future floor wax it will shine right up. At least mine did

i have the stock handle bars & grips and aftermarket moose white bars (ordered too small bars-this item fits quads:( ) Just make an offer if anyone is interested. I might put up the rest of the parts i have laying around for sale later on...

You can tell it snows a lot up there, the aluminum on the forks has more of a shine than the tubes. Looks great i can't wait to see it done. Any chance you have enough spare cash to do one set of plastics in white and one in black? The all white is gonna be really nice if its not loaded with stickers, and i think black w/polished parts and a silver frame would be nice as well. After seeing the frame i think my R will be silver instead of red, TC...

Looks good but I would be happy with the original product of that 350X as they are extremely rare over in NZ
