Can someone post a step by step how-to on fork rebuilds?

As stated in title. I started to pull my 350X forks appart only to realize its more complicated than I thought. I have no manual so can someone do a quick step by step how-to on it?

Are you just changing the oil, replacing fork seals or what ?

Just like every repair, the manual misses quite a bit. If I had time I'd do a step by step rebuild. I can do a set of R forks after T fest though......
