I used to drool over those Lambo's when I was in Jr high and high school. I much don't give them the time of day now. Now I drool at th Aston Martin DB-7 Vantage and Vanquish

Nice tank by the way :D

Looks great! Did you want the tank to look better or are you restoring the whole bike?

Oh, if you hit the enter button between you picture links the pictures will be placed one below another... much easier to see.

That paint will no doubt make your trike faster. I'm sure Lamborghini uses paint with a lower co-efficient of drag!
Seriously though, looks good.

Nice tank and even nicer Lambo! The only thing it needs is the wing(dont they call it called an airfoil?) on the back. No, it wont make it rice! :naughty:

Thanks for the tip about uploading pics on here. The tank was an absolute eye sore. It really needed to be done. As far as restoring the bike its going to be a long process. It's my daily drive so I do a little at a time,, the frame is next:beer

He has the wing for it sitting in the corner, He took it off, to repaint it. But heft it off because it's easier to work in the engine bay without it on the car. Hard to change the jets on 6 carbs with a big wing in the way

Yes in 1982, that Lambo has carbs, 6 of them to be exact, 1 for each 2 cyl... I wouldnt want to sync those bad boys!

The guy that owns the lambo did the job, I'm pretty sure he filled it in but not before popping alot of it out from the filler neck. I thought he did a damn good job considering.:naughty:
