Engine prep and paint?

I want to paint my engine soon, but need advice on how to properly prep the engine and what kind of paint to use? I was lookin at PJ1 paints? Also, do you use primer on an engine?

DEEPA got PJ1 done on his 250R motor. By the time we got done playing with it, there were bald spots, scratches and chips everywhere.

Powder is the way to go!!
