How fast paced is the poker run at TF? I was planning on taking the 6x6 on this so my wife and I could both enjoy it, but may put her on my Bayou instead and take the 200x. Also wondered what kind of hills, how knarly the terrain is. She is a novice rider at best and wanted her to enjoy it without worrying about hills or other obstacles. - Jeff S.

We usually set it up so that novice can enjoy as well as experienced. I'm not sure if the 6x6 will fit some of the tight areas though.

Hmm... may be the Bayou and the 200x this year. Talked to the wife and she seems comfortable enough on it, so I may scratch the 6x6 idea all together.

Could you tell me what time this Poker Run will begin? Can't seem to find the schedule of events for some reason. I'm arriving on Friday and would like to know when I should be there. Thanks. Look forward to attending my first Trikefest. See ya there.

Prokarbine - My wife is also a novice. She will be on her new Recon at TF, and we will be bringing up the rear on the poker run at a SLOW pace. I will be with her on my Big Red.
There are a few short hills that are a little bit steep. If she isn't comfortable, she just jumps off, walks up, and I meet her at the top with her Honda.
Basically, if it is dry (fat chance) the course is extremely easy. If muddy, it could get a little tricky. There is no time limit, and it ends up at Devil's Backbone which is the next event anyway.

Much appreciated. Thanks. Should see everyone there by that time. Going to hit the BadLands for a couple of days before and we should be arriving at Haspin sometime early morning. Can't wait. It'll be our first as well.
