Another 350x question (rear fender)

What rear fender do I have, It says behind seat, warning no passengers etc... It is red and has the mud flap holes under the rear lip. Is this a early maier or some other brand? Oh yeah, it has a stick on aluminum looking heat shield on the underside where the tailpipe passes underneath.

sounds like it could be stock, any pics? The Maiers were rounded with no 'lines' and the stock pieces had a defined edge at the creases. I have aftermarket and there aren't any holes drilled for the mud flap, and it doesn't have the 2nd lip under the rear...

Ok, thanks. I was thinking it looked factory but they are usually in sad shape. This one is in very good shape for 22-23 years old.
