Ive brought a headlight from ebay for my Z with shipping its come to $70 but the guy dont do paypal, Ive tried my own bank aswell as all the other banks over here in the UK and they all stopped doing money orders last year,

I have paypal which i can tranfer to anyone but can anyone so a money order for me please.
