So I sold a 84 200X yesterday. Guy that bought it told me after riding it, besides the fact that he thinks he may have overheated it. that it seems like theres no compression. I told him to check the valve adjustment. He told me that there was no play at all between the valve and rocker. Also told me he tried turning the adjustment screw without loosening the lock nut. He called back tonight. I couldnt get ahold of him, so figured Id ask the experts if the valves are out of adjustment. and it was adjusted before the ride, what would cause it to go out? could it be riding it just cleaned it out? I just want to give him some things to checke out. thanks Jim
