got new bearings installed on the front hub and crank bearings installed. I have everything to put My MX bike together but the complete clutch kit, my Crank back from the machinest, and sprock intake..witch all should be here this comming week..:naughty:

Its almost time too Smell two stroke in the morning!!:D

Where are you finding nerf bars at? i want some for my 85 250r honda. that and i need some more random parts for the resto build

hey josh ever hear of Richard Pelchat from St romvald Ouebec Ca..GNC MX rider,, thats whos sig that is on the handlebars, I met him at unidilla 07 Nice Guy..

snaped a few this morning after I put the rad's and UFO scoops on,,along with swaping out some older gas line for some stainless wrapped. and that about as clean as I can get the pipe..it was really BAD!!:lol: actually I gave up....:rolleyes:

Looks reaaaallllly nice Raffa man!

I like the hints of yellow here and there but you don't think the rectangles on rear fender should be yellow too, then something black thrown on top as in stickers or #'s ?

You did a fine job on the pipe, I'm sure you can see yourself in it, right ?

Raffa, tape off the areas around the the burn marks on the pipe. Give it a good shot of oven cleaner :D It works great, don't get any on your paint or plastic. 100% it will work.

ya verry nice..got one mounted and the nut snapped on the other side...So I will have to distroy my powdercoat and fix it.ASAP...

got all my parts but my crank ..waiting on a call tomorrow

New clutch all loaded.. complete barnett oh and they shorted me one spring!:mad:

Finally! after blowing up a clutch basket and rod in the main moto at TF 07 this bike has only been ridden 2 days at my Ice Races, when I thew a used crank in the motor and ran it till the rod went again.. so now its finally back together better than it was.

sprock basket
barnett kevlar plates
New steel plates
H/D springs
new pressure plate
new crank bearings/seals
new water pump gear
new wiesco piston
NOS left side crank
Hot Rod Kit
sprock Intake actually showed up when I was putting the bottom end togther:beer :w00t:

kicking it over by hand it has massive amounts of compression with a sprock 20cc dome..strait race gas!shens

last picture is how shot the left side of the crank was shot..

all together.Just have to mount the right peg..and it screams!! Shifted into 3rd and instantly stood right up at 3/4 throttle.. let it warm up for about 10 min, cool down and one little spin ..thats it! verry Happy to finally have this bike back together.. thanks Cory!:twisted:

compression is 210psi on VP purple race gas strait..50:1 with Blendzallshens

NO DNF'S FOR ME THIS YEAR!!!!!:Bounce

another awesome machine out of the raffa stable. nice trike bryan now come to nc and do my 200 like that lol
