I am trying to get my front brake to work on my 86 250r...I bled the air from the line...but I can not get any pressure to move the pistons in the caliper. I took the line off at the master cylinder (handlebar), and get just a slight puff of air, when I hold my finger over the hole. I suspect some crud might be blocking something in the master cylinder...am I testing it correctly.....I am trying to dismantle this, but the clip will not come out that holds the plunger stuff in, because I can't get a snap ring pliers on it...any tips...or do you think it is something else.

Thanks

Try a vacuum bleeder. If still no results. I suspect the pistons are seized. Time for a caliper , clean the bores/pistons, and install new seals/dust seals for each piston.
