I finally got my first 350x a couple of months ago. My muffler has a rattle in the front part of it. What can this be? How do I fix it? Should I just get a different muffler? I also just got my headlight guard and would like to know what bolts (kind, size) to fasten it on are used on the factory ones. This is so addictive, I already bought new fenders, new skidplate, front master cyclinder guard, decals, wheels and tires, and ect! I hope I can stop before I have no reason to have a wallet. As soon as I get my headlight guard on I would love to show you guys some pics if you are interested.

do you mean the front of the actual muffler? or the head pipe? is it a stock or aftermarket exhaust?
if its the actual muffler, the rattle could be anything from a bolt in the muffler, to rust, to debris, to the spark arrestor loose, to a bolt loose, or to anything really.
if its in the head pipe, the head pipe could be loose where it bolts to the engine, their could be rust in it, or if its a stock head pipe, the heat shield could be loose. if you wanted to get a different muffler, you could get an aftermarket exhaust if you wanted too, and that should wake the bike up more.
oh yea and :pics: :pics: :pics:
