I started to repack my answer silencer tonite, and discovered it is trash......what is a good silencer to go along with a paul turner exhaust on a honda 250r...thanks

I have a esr silencer, any silencer really works.

the end of the core that fits into the exhaust side of the canister must have been forced and is all crimpled, i will try to straithen it, but doubt it will work ok.

I used the LRD (trx model) with the turn down for all the 250r's I have built with PT pipes. I love the look and functionality of the turn down too.

any negatives if I order a FMF Powercore..they are only $85 in Dennis K.

Personally I think FMF is the most worthless pipe out there for a water cooled R. Mind you, this is only my opinion but I bet there are others that have used them along with custom pipes and realized the FMF is not much different from stock other than the bling bling chrome. lol

i am only talking about the silencer....not the pipe (expansion chamber)...i will keep the paul turner on for that, i just need a new silencer.
