Hey guys, I just got a 350x. exhaust header was broke, and header bolts were stuck and broke off in the motor. I took he head off and had the bolts drilled out and got everything back together. It starts and runs great it just seems like it is low on torque. It really screams on the upper rpms though. I am wondering if I have the timing off 1 tooth? Would it run good with the timing off 1 tooth? I had a yamaha wr400 and if you moved the timing back 1 tooth it changed the torque curve to yz specs, could this be the same thing? I would rather have low end than upper. If anyone knows let me know! Thanks.

do you have any rocker clatter or anything? that was an issue with mine, worn rockers.

I don't think so. But I didn't check the valves yet. Maybe they need adjustment.

i think you should do a compression test first off and make sure that its in range or close to it.
