What are you saying? The clearance is too much? The sleeve is larger than the piston?
Didn't you give them the piston to match the bore with after the sleeve was changed?

no clearence is fine, i guess i didnt notice the the sleeve.. i just bought the piston and sent to the shop to get done... just saying look at the difference in the two pictures old and new...just look how big the sleeve is on the new and the first cylinder was at 25mm or p1 and the new is p2 i didnt know the sleeves were that big...

look at the thickness on that sleeve!.. I bet you could go way past a 80 over!:naughty:
as long as the top has been surfaced.. run it!
whats the port match up look like?? pics?
I got one here that needs a sleeve.. but have been leary to do it..everyone talks of them shifting .. or its twisted...or the port work dont line up..
God Daym.........OEM STUDS TOO;)

ok, I gotcha, thought the sleeve looked a little thick... but as long as tolerances are fine and all the ports look good, should work no problem

almost EVERY sleeve is BIG on top ... because the TOP WIDE Part is a Edge...
Kinda like a "Dyke" Ring...

2.00 mm over on a stock cylinder.. I dont think it will be a big deal..but your fuel/air transfer may be lop sided and it might pull to the right:lol:
ronnie's right .. its like a big "L" on top of the sleeve

looking for anywhere the sleeve may be sticking past any of the ports..it should be a smooth transition from the alum to the sleeve and chamfered
I know its a pain shooting the flash up in there
